Welcome Annabelle

My beautiful granddaughter was born on June 16,2010. Her name is Annabelle Katherine. She is so very beautiful. She was 7 lbs 1 oz at birth and 17.5 inches long. She has brown hair and for the moment dark eyes. She has a little round face. Her daddy tells me she isn't fond of eating and she sleeps all day and is up all night. I got to see her on video this evening and she is so very very cute. I hear she is the loudest member of that little family. That must mean she takes after our side since our side is definitely louder than her mom's side of the family. They are quiet people.

We are feisty. Well what do you expect from and Irish/Italian mix. She has her daddy wrapped around her little finger already. I can see it in his eyes, in the way he looks at her.

I want to say that one of my greatest joys in life is seeing how my sons interact with their children. How they got to be such great dads I have not a clue. Maybe somewhere along the line hubby and I did something right. But I really want to give the credit to God. Without Him I could have messed up really badly. I do also want to thank Him for her health and that everything went well in delivery. I am thankful for the way He watches over those little families.

Anyway, I didn't want to leave anyone in suspense so the news is now out!
